This hotel is grand and lovely when you enter but staying there one notices a lot of little faults. Lights not working. Broken fridge. Faulty doors. All these little things make a difference in 5*. Luxury is in the little things.

Great service and value for money. Breakfast spread at cafe ilang ilang was still as good as I remembered it. But rooms should be upgraded, looks old already.
