LikedThe room is big, clean and bright. The location is great, near a bus stop and shopping area. Very convenience! The bath room is also big and the hotel provide all toiletries. You ask for water and ice. Enjoy spending my vacation here.

DislikedOur room was on 16th floor and the elevator was uo to 15th floor only. Then we have to walk. This is not convenience if you have a big lugguage.

LikedI would said that the facilities and the hotel rooms itself it’s really good. It’s clean and going to different places near the harbour is convenient as well! I would love to come back langham the next time i come to hong kong! Mr kenny, who check us in was really professional and explain clearly to us the details. He even manage to secure us a king size bedroom last minute when we requested! Really appreciate! I would like to commend the housekeeping stuff for being attention to our makeup room. Their small details of cleaning up our room makes us feel at home.
