LikedAmazing hotel, I loved the experience, it all started with the receptionists they were so nice. They literally upgraded my room from duplex to suite. The staff in general very cooperative, the dining is so delicious. The hotel was so clean and neat. The valley staff were amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve ever went to in my whole life.. thank you so much the H Dubai Hotel.

The hotel's location was not ideal and the cleanliness could have been better. However, the staff were exceptional in their service and made up for the shortcomings. The facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average stay with good value for money and I would recommend it for those who prioritize great service over location and luxury amenities.
