LikedThe staff were amazing from the doormen, the porters, cleaners, laundry, waiters and barman there was not a single one who did not do their work well and with a smile.. special call out to the travel desk who dealt with a multitude of our requests. Rooms were decent size, clean and comfortable. We had full board so all three meals for ten days at the hotel and every day there was something different and variety for everyones taste. The staff in Melange were outstanding particularly our waiters. Dessert bar was a special treat. Zanzibar was well run and pleasant spot for a drink. When our air conditioning started to trip the electricals in our room we were immediately transferred to another room.

DislikedReported a maintenance issue (securty safe did not work) in our room three times and nothing done about it so we eventually gave up. Pool by day ten starting to look a little murky.
