LikedThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location of hotel perfect. Comfortable bed and linens were very nice. We were upgraded without our asking and had no complaints. We were even given a wonderful bottle of wine. Thanks.

DislikedBoston hotels are expensive. Room service = carry out from adjoining restaurant... ok, but a bit more work for guest than a room service order.

LikedCity Views: The views of the city from the hotel are awesome Friendly Staff: The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Special thanks to Ismael Spacious Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of comfort. Free Bikes: Having access to free bikes was a fantastic perk that made exploring the city much more enjoyable.

LikedThe customer service from the doormen to the reception desk was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and really seemed to enjoy their job. The complimentary wifi, water and snacks were a plus. Our overall visit was a great experience and these are the things that stood out to us.

LikedThe location was great for seeing a show. It was close to several restaurants and coffee shops. The room included snacks and 2 adult beverages at the hotel bar. We also ate at the attached restaurant which was some of the best sushi I have ever had
