DislikedI told the from desk that the ironing board did not work properly. This problem was never addressed over the 4 days I was there. I had no option but to take a handicap room which I really do not like. The windows were extremely dirty. On the final day of our stay there was water leaking into the room from above. We informed the front desk upon checkout.

LikedWe have stayed at this property many times. It is in a great location, is clean, and has parking.

DislikedThis stay was a disaster. The hotel parking lot was full when we arrived, which had never happened in our previous stays here. It was then we learned that the hotel parking is open to the public and we had to park at the Prudential center. Then, the manager that was on duty at check-in was absolutely terrible. We were there for our son’s graduation, and had several rooms reserved for family. She insisted it was Booking.com’s error that we were short one room on our reservation. She was extremely unhelpful in rectifying the situation, insisted that we would have to pay the current rate of $645/night to rebook the room we had already reserved for approximately $425, she was not cooperative with Booking.com in fixing the problem, until she realized the problem lied within the hotels’ system. When our additional family arrived, one family member was checked in and given the key to the same room that was already checked into and already occupied by a different family member! That could have been a huge security problem if this had happened to two strangers. Towels were in short supply for the entire 5 night stay until the laundry was delivered back to the hotel in the late afternoon each day. Then to top it all off, at checkout, I was asked how our stay was. I said of all the times we have stayed here, this one was rough. No further questions were asked about our stay- the agent at check out could care less and had no reaction to what I said. I’ll definitely think twice about staying here in the future.
