Small room. Beautiful bathroom. Confusing lobby. Expensive coffee. $5.48! Just Meh. But I received an alright price on Agoda and had to check it out. Thanks Agoda!

LikedThe location was good, easy walking to all the attractions. The room decor was nice and modern and it was convenient having coffee machine, hairdryer and safe in the room. The gym had excellent equipment and the internet throughout the hotel was really good.
DislikedThe room was dusty especially the carpet and pull out sofa bed. The shower pressure wasn't very good and it was difficult to get the shower temperature correct.

LikedStaff was nice and helpfull, we received the room a bit earlier than check in time with nice view on the city. Great stay!
DislikedGeneral issue of SF with homeless. Tenderloin is just next door....

LikedLocation is great! Breakfast staff super kind.
DislikedStaff in the check in, namely Mr. Stan, was more interested in selling upgrades than in providing a clean service. The window of my room was not working properly
