The Charles Hotel

LikedThe staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Our double room was super comfortable and spotless - also very charmingly decorated. The whole hotel is well set up with good options for meeting others, food and just taking a break in the lobby areas.

DislikedNot a thing - this was a perfect stay for us.

Likedthe location and the conformtable of the hotel is very nice. But I could not book the breakfast included with my stay, so I have to pay separetly.

Dislikedthe wealth in this time is no too good to take a walk down the river. And the furniture some time should fix the broken one or you can change the new updated.

DislikedSome of the Henrietta's Table staff were not very professional. Undersized/over-priced pain meds at the :"boutique". No way to make tea or coffee in the room.

DislikedIt was dusty, the bathroom had mold in shower. The bed was brutal.. the pillows had no filling. Didn't sleep much. Was told we where getting a room with a view. I guess looking the lobby roof is the view they talked about. Loud banging noises all night

LikedI liked the location being so close to Harvard. The room was great and fell a notch above what I was expecting.

DislikedThe pool was not part of the hotel but connected and therefore had weird restrictions on kids using the pool.
