Its a warm and cosy stay with fab views and access to beach. The property's lobby is getting refurbished currently. The property is a bit old compared to Taj Exotica in South Goa. Taj Fort Aguada has a bigger pool and better view. This is more grounded with large banyan trees stretched generously on the property. Bathrooms I think need to be refurbished too ( they have gone old). So in my view Taj Exotica South Goa is their best property, followed by Fort Aguada and this. The staff is very warm though and service is very good in all properties.
