DislikedOur deposit was not appropriately explain. Staff should be more aware on how booking.com works and what fees are taken in advance.

LikedRoom had a nice view, was clean and great location.
DislikedTile in bathroom was very outdated, old looking bathroom, it needs an upgrade badly.

DislikedElevator availability was extremely frustrating when conferences were let out. Maybe having a dedicated staff member with a control key to help facilitate elevator assignments during those times would be an option for the future.

DislikedParking was a bit weird. Also there’s very little room in front of the hotel. This matters when it comes to checking in and unloading your car
