LikedThe location is great, and the fact that all the rooms have ocean views it is a big bonus. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a big smile by Miguel, and the check-in was fast and flawless. Jorge and Gabriel took care of us most days at the pool, and they we amazing.

DislikedYour establishment has great potential, but it is missing a few details. The food was very average. The food presentation and the service were great all around. More salad options and more fresh fruit for lunch options would have been nice - local produce is always best. The food on international nite was great. My suggestion for Mexican night would be to hire a grandma and showcase some local authentic mexican food and forget the fancy options - that was my least favorite night. Most of your patrons are American - we like authentic mexican food - just turn down the heat a little. Luciano restaurant - A+ for the decor and service. I spent some time in Italy this past fall, but I can honestly tell you, your food doesn't resemble italian food. The salads were good - nice presentations. The soup - nice presentation, but the taste was not there. My husband had the steak, and he said it was very good and the presentation was nice. The carbonara was extremely heavy - not even close to the original. Canolies - you gotta work on that. The bruscheta is an easy dish to make, but your version is not even close to the original. Perhaps I am pickier than your average patron when It comes to food, but I believe that with little changes, you can elevate your establishment to the next level. Great overall experience.

Dislikedthat it went to tome shares! The residents are very territorial for vacationers that are only there for a week. I hate getting up at the crack of dawn on vacation to save a spot to sit. There should absolutely be NO saving of chairs and signs posted stating that chairs are NOT to be saved. Your sign for chairs to be shared,DOES NOT WORK!! Took a lot of joy out of each morning. The coffee situation! ONE machine in the cafe for the resort!! C'mon! the espresso machines in the room is worthless. Most Americans drink drip coffee, these are the machines that should be in the room. Considering a majority of guests drink drip coffee. This was our 2nd time, we went back because we enjoyed our first visit so much. The property feels like a senior citizen center. The vibe isn't the same. We will probably check out other properties

LikedAlmost everything, is small so everything is together and reachable for everyone. Rooms were clean, everyone was really nice. The town is super close.

DislikedI felt like they were a little short on employees. And I didn’t like the part or having to sign every time you moved to a place.

DislikedLocked in bathroom for an hour. 4 staff had to break the door to open t. The previous day we reported a problem when door did not work. No action taken. Very negligent and unsafe.
