LikedThe linens and the amenities. The linens were fantastic. One of the best I've felt. The location was great.
DislikedThe staff, their secret/hidden $40 a night fee, their horrible customer service, they could not fix their printer, they scolded me for giving someone in their lobby the email to the front desk that was already on a CPU which needed a to print.

LikedCheck in was great! I was honest with the woman at the desk and said I was concerned about some of the reviews saying it wasnt a "clean" hotel. She was very understanding of my concerns and did a great job getting us checked in and into a clean room. Jennifer had great customer service and the bell hops were amazing! I also liked that anyone wanting to go up to the rooms had to have a room key to work the elevator. I had two 15 yr old girls with me and I appreciated the additional saftey.
Dislikedthe bathrooms were small.
