The hotel location is very good. Only 10 minutes walk to MTR Tsim Sha Jui station and bus stops. Convenient to commute in the city and airport. Shopping and eating are also very convenient. Near both the local shop and big mall. Though the steep observatory road to the hotel entrance, but you can use a stair. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. We stayed 2 persons in Oak room type there is enough space for 2 luggages. The basic facilities are provided with room cleaning services. (Clean towels, amenities, hair dryer, slippers, kittle and cups) however, with the policy since end of April, 2 bottles of water are not provided anymore. But not a problem, Wellcome minimart is only about 5 mins walk.

The hotel is very quite area but just 5 min walk to the busy area or downstairs is all the pub and restaurant
