This hotel is located in Nanjing Road. Very comfortable and easy for transportation. Clean and calm for rest overnight.

Location in the mid of Nanjing walk road. They give us suite room and late check out. And thank you for helping me when i left my belongings in my room. The hotel very helpfull, from cleaning service, till ms Yang, and all team. Will recomended this hotel and will stay here again, when we're back in Shanghai.

Likedgreat location, comfortable and clean rooms
Dislikedstaffs are not able to communicate properly. we asked so many times if the room we paid for is including breakfast. the front desk lady said yes. when we went for breakfast the next morning, we were denied entry at the entrance of the breakfast hall because apparently "your room is not inclusive of breakfast". we were directed to the front desk again. the lady who told me 3 times that my room rate is including breakfast just kept quiet and look at her colleague tell me once more that my room price is not including breakfast. not one apology. I mean it's not a big deal we can just eat somewhere else but we could have planned our day around "getting breakfast somewhere else" and did some research of breakfast places to go to beforehand, but we were told we had breakfast included so we weren't prepared to be humiliated in front of everyone else at the breakfast hall.
