DislikedThe husband of my daughter booked this room for us but the hotel didn't charge him before our arrival so the reception staff asked us to pay at check in. It was unexpected because he choose the "pay before arrival" option. Anyway they didn't charge him. The hotel asked him to send a picture of his bank card by email to proceed the payment under his name even they already have his full bank card number. The hotel is very beautiful, the room is very comfortable and the location is perfect but the check-in process wasn't good at all because of this problem. They didn't charge him before our arrival because they noticed that the booking name and the bank card name for the reservation were different...they should have contact us before to clear this situation but they didn't.
