The bed is so comfortable, room design is nice, it has all the standard as the luxury hotel should have. Good location to walk to Time square.

Everything about this hotel was great . From the welcoming , the staff , the room , the products in thr bathroom and most importantly the cleanliness of the place . Highly recommended

The hotel is extremely well located. The room is clean and functional. Nothing spectacular but very much a good value for money if you are in NY for a weekend

LikedIt was close to where I needed to be
DislikedThe room was so messed up, there were scuffs and dings on the walls, places where the wallpaper was cracking, carpet coming up and one outlet didn't work. WiFi barely worked and they charge a sneaky 'urban experience fee' of $35 per day plus other fees.

I love sofitel because they provide best of all. Bit pricey but it was worth for our family in NYC trip specifically cold rainy days.
