LikedThe property is gorgeous the pools are. Beautiful great position comfortable rooms that are large and luxurious in typical Bali high end resort style

DislikedThe general and service staff were all smiles and seemed to try to be helpful but the reality was they were utterly incompetent the service fell short to such an extent that we believe we witnessed management react to multiple complaints by calling all the staff in and trying to get to rectify the problem as we noticed management on the floor and service pick up for a couple of days only to fall short again but I believe they were trying to fix the problem! But the reality is the service and restaurant staff were under qualified and dropped the ball constantly! Now I want to say Management and supervisors were amazing and really went the extra mile! ********And lastly something I have to mention in good conscience I fell victim to a petty theft from one of the staff that entered my pool villa and went into a sporting gear bag and stole a brand new diving knife I had purchased days before $65 gone! Very disappointing after I reported this incident the staff took it very seriously but I am certain nothing will come of it! This was a typical hotel theft where the found something small and tucked away and removed it hoping I would arrive back home not knowing where it was taken from my bag! We stay at Sofitel around the world and love the hotels but as gorgeous as this one is our experience will cause us to never return to this property !*******
