The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are large. The hotel is very close to sky train station and shopping malls. I like Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room.

Don't get me wrong, it's not bad. Just a bit over priced compared to many other hotels we have stayed at with similar amenities... The bed was decent, shower didn't drain properly and it leaked to the shower floor. Would have told them at the time, but didn't want to be blamed for the leak and charged. (United States Plumbing Owner by Trade). Pool was nice, but nothing special. Meals were over priced, expecting foreigners to pay crazy prices like a first world country. Beer at the top floor was top price, but was not cold as expected for almost 500 B per specialty beer. (For such a hotel at the top of the cost, you'd like a really cold beer when ordered). Had issues with our room card which wouldn't open our door after going to the pool. Had to go down to the Reception Desk to have them open the door. (Not a big deal, but a bit annoying when all wet and not dressed to see other customers)... Big Picture (Not bad, could use improvements. Overall not bad.)
