Clean nice stay in general. Service isn't the greatest, staff refuse to bring things that they miss out up to the rooms when we called them. In general things are done pretty efficiently and with good service only at the lobby area.

The hotel staff's service is not good. When we called to request an iron, they asked us to come down to the front desk to get it ourselves. I put the fruits and drinks I bought into the refrigerator, but later found out that the refrigerator was broken, which resulted in the fruits not being fresh. When I asked the hotel about it, I was told that their hotel does not provide refrigeration services. The hotel requires us to check out at 11 am sharp, even being a few minutes late will incur an extra charge. I have never stayed at such a lousy hotel before. The worst hotel
