LikedRaffi from the concierge booth. Really supportive and polite.
DislikedSheets smelled bad. The room had old furniture. no mini refrigerator. Everything old and smelly. Booking price ended up being almost double what I had through booking after all taxes and "extra" fees that you're obligated to accept.

LikedGreat location close to the subway and to Times Square.
DislikedHallways were LOUD at night and the door seemed to be made of paper. They need a soft close on all doors to prevent this. Not enough elevators and the wait was far too long. Staff was rude and pretentious when presented with problems with hotel.
