Dislikedthere was renovation works that I was not informed of prior to check in. the room smelt of strong paint and there was a lot of drilling. There was banging at 7am on Sunday morning.

LikedGreat location, the hotel has private beach and located near Dubai Marina, so it suits both for beach holiday and shopping/nightlife/sightseeing. Also the staff was very helpful and responsive.
DislikedThere was a construction work at the hotel which has started after we booked it, so during the weekdays it was very noisy inside the rooms, sometimes there was a strong chemicals smell. If we knew about this construction work we would book another hotel. Another thing that was really annoying is payed drinks during lunch and dinner. We had breakfast and lunch or dinner included, but as we realised we while we can eat as much as we want, we have to pay for the drinks - and that includes simple water. I'm OK with charging for alcohol, I probably can understand charging for coffee or tea, but water... It feels like they deliberately make you uncomfortable just to get some extra money.

We had a great stay at this beach resort. The location was fantastic, right on the Jumeirah Beach with stunning views of the ocean. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and convenient parking. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was good, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment. The Wi-Fi worked well, allowing us to stay connected. The hot water in the rooms was reliable, which was a plus. Overall, it was a great value for money considering the excellent location and facilities. We highly recommend this resort for a relaxing beach getaway.

LikedVery comfortable smaller hotel (not skyscraper). Everyone very friendly and helpful and it had everything we wanted. The room was bright and very comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Dubai.
DislikedCouldn't be helped but the noise from the renovations was a bit intrusive although only during the main part of the day when most of the time we were outside. We ate one evening meal in the main buffet restaurant which wasn't great. Hardly any vegetables ( only potatoes) and the food wasn't very hot. However we spent all evening there and we weren't rushed. For the price we were disappointed.
