Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

LikedThe room was very comfortable and big with 2 beds. The employees were very kind and able to help, we can leave our big luggage and go to the next city, the hotel have self laundry and a rental car. Very good hotel and localization

LikedThe rooftop pool. It was the one and only reason we booked this hotel. Too bad it wasn't disclosed to me that it was closed and I'm now fighting to get our stay refunded.

DislikedThe fact that it was not disclosed to me that the YEAR ROUND POOL was closed when we checked in. We were not even given the option to cancel use another hotel with a pool. They wouldn't even open the game room. My daughter's 18th birthday was ruined.

LikedGreat location on the heart of downtown. VERY spacious room, clean and comfortable with nice facilities (exercise room). Breakfast was at a restaurant downstairs with choice of buffet (one of the better ones we've had) or a meal up to $25 value each.

DislikedThe staff weren't able to tell us where breakfast was going to be and didn't give us our vouchers when we checked in. Just told us to come downstairs and try to look around in the morning. When we finally found the restaurant (can't remember the name but it's directly to the right of the registration desk), we had to go back ans ask for the vouchers. Also, parking was not included and would have been approx $30 per night and the staff didn't even know where it was located. We ended up using Spothero to find a lot at $6-8 per night and about 5' walking distance. Not sure if the staff were new and just learning but we feel like our questions were pretty basic and should be something they should know before helping guests. At least, they were friendly.
