LikedMy family enjoyed all aspects of the hotel including the pool,location,on-site coffee shop.

DislikedDefinitely our location of our room was the worst part of the trip. Since our room was right beside the elevator we heard people laughing and talking really loud all the way up to 2am.My kids didn't sleep at all and my wife and I were about to open up the door to tell the people to shut the f*ck up. The hotel should definitely tell people on booking that certain hotel rooms are beside the elevator and insulate those rooms differently than the others..and provide ear plugs! Any room that is beside elevators should also be cheaper than the rest.

LikedWe parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.
