LikedPolite staff and the compound area is very luxurious. You're able to feel like a noble person without wearing fancy clouds even though you're surrounded by marvelous interiors.
DislikedCoffee in the morning is only machine made and nothing special. Breakfast in general could be better, taste better, but still the breakfast is healthy and fresh.

LikedChoose the rooms with the exec lounge, it's great and with a great view. Rooms are nice, and bedding is excellent. Build in window couch is comfortable and a nice touch.
DislikedWouldn't change anything, except price is on the high side.

DislikedReception tried to persuade me to upgrade for a fee and found them a bit aggressive The bottled water in the room has strong taste of chlorine

Guest comfort in a stay at a hotel is an overall experience in how one is received, treated and/or how disputes are resolved. This hotel lacks the comforts derived by homely ethos and staff training. It benefits massively from a good location & is busy, actually too busy like a conveyor belt to provide a sensitive compassionate and a caring environment Staff do not communicate with each other, lie to coverup and are irrational in approach. Overall massively expensive and overrated….. NOT FOR US AGAIN
