LikedThe spa facility in the hotel-Excellent indoor pool and spa. We utilized the spa facility and took treatments which was the highlight of the trip. Location of the hotel, walking distance to metro and amenities. All tourist spots and La Rambla are 15-20 min via the metro.

DislikedThe hotel lobby and communal areas are in good shape and seems renovated recently. The rooms are different from the hotel lobby. They are in bad shape eg: Outdated interior and upholstery, Vinyl floor peeling, air-conditioner not working, leaking shower area etc. The rooms are crying for some serious some facelift. The staff were friendly, but many were struggling to communicate in English and in the night they are short staffed.

DislikedWhen I arrived, I immediately noticed that the room was poorly cleaned, there was a lot of dust on the floor and old dirt in the corners. But the worst thing is the cockroaches, and the hotel asked me 500€ for two nights. I think that they should put everything in order before asking that kind of money for a dirty room with old furniture and also full of cockroaches. Terrible experience.
