LikedFriendly staff. Good location in a peaceful neighborhood and close to the stadium and metro station.
DislikedNothing to complain about. A bit old furniture, but comfortable bed and pillows.

LikedThe staff are friendly and it is comfortable in general. the location is not super close to city centre but still good connection with the public transport. The spa is €19 for 1.5h and it's nice. The steam room is a bit cold but the sauna is good temperature (you even got 2 to choose).
DislikedI booked via booking and a "pre-authorisation" of the full amount was taken. I was asked to pay again on the arrival and didn't think too much about it. After I casually checked my credit card statement, I realised that the "pre-authorisation" is actually money taken. Asked the reception but they said finance team said it's only pre-authorisation. I came back to UK and rang Amex for further confirmation. Then I contacted the hotel again to ask money back. They were not too slow about it and I got the money back. However if I didn't have the casual check, I'd be charged twice for a 4 night stay, which is quite a lot.

DislikedThe inside swimming pool cost extra! As you use the spa. No difference in price if you are a hotel guest or just someone from the street. I booked the hotel thinking I could use the internal swimming pool. Very disappointed

LikedLocation was close to metro. Reception looked great, and room had a fridge
DislikedRoom was very old, damaged furniture, dust, toilet was very bad. Not good experience in terms of how it looked in general.
