Disliked2x misleading advertising. 1) When booking ocean view room through booking.com, a very different view was shown compared to the one from the room we were given. 2) promised credit of $200 is absolutely unusable as it is only a small deduction for overpriced spa services and wines. When making the booking (on booking.com) conditions for the credit were not explained.

LikedThe beach and hotel were beautiful. The staff around the pool was great when you could get their attention for a round of drinks

DislikedThey try to upsell you on alcohol and wine. The price they quote you is not the price at checkout time! The wait time for reservations is ridiculous. You can be told 30 to 40 minutes, which is actually 90 to 120 minutes. The food is just okay, nothing to wow you. If you want your room cleaned or turned down for the night, be prepared to leave immediately, or it won't happen. For the money, it is not worth it!

LikedThe staff and the room Ocean Front Master Suite were excellent! The views from the 23rd floor were astounding and the Ocean clean of seaweed and a beautiful turqouise Blue! Location was close to all in Cancun Hotel Zone

DislikedRoom was not ready at check-in and they had to change us from 24th to 23rd floor because of a broken doorlock! We only got the room at 6pm so my wife was very tired from the long flight and early rise that morning.
