LikedMost of the staff were friendly not all of them

DislikedOne of the staff doesn’t help when we need anything and doesn’t even greet The price was really expensive and not worth it No staff for the luggage Breakfast was barely anything Sometimes the cleaning service enter the room while we put don’t disturb Most importantly the ac system was horrible you can’t control it, it’s 1 system for the whole hotel. Some nights we couldn’t even sleep because the heater was turned on

LikedThe hotel and staff were so helpful and friendly, they chatted and engaged with us every day. the rooms were clean and spacious and the garden was a nice place to chill out at the end of the day in peace. The furniture throughout was modern but not to a state where they were uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent.

DislikedTo be honest I can not think of anything they could have done better than they already had. I would stay there again if I went to Milan again.

LikedThe location was fantastic- a 7 minute walk from the Porta Genova station and on a lively street. I was greeted by lovely staff with excellent hospitality. Will definitely stay here again when I return!
