LikedThe hotel's location made it very convenient for me. There was a supermarket nearby, and plenty of dining options close by as well.
DislikedThe power supply to the kettle, the tv and the power points got cut off overnight. However, Maintenance was not available to rectify the issue until 10am. Swopping rooms at short notice was not an option as I had to get ready to leave for my appointments, and I was worried about my inability to keep my devices charged up.

DislikedDidn’t have rooms requested multiple times as said if need change leave in comments an email, as I did but told they don’t always read them so it was the customers fault even tho that is how they tell you to change or have any preference to booking! Very frustrating
