LikedIt was mostly clean and well kept. The beach was delightful. The swim up room was an amazing must-have. Great shower pressure! Nice beds. Loungers aplenty.

DislikedThere were issue with beach showers not working, but for the most part it was good. The pool looked gross by the end of each day so we avoided it and only stayed at the beach. Also don’t like the buoys that marked off the swimming areas as they did not allow for adult swimming- water up to my waist is not good swimming. The aggressive boat vendors were also not a favourite. The food at the restaurants and the selections were so-so.

LikedThis was my second time at Royalton as i loved the first time so much but the beginning of the second trip I was ashamed as I treated my Fiance for his bday to.4 nights. On april 28 we got in at 6:30pm. They gave me room 6004 filled with mosquitoes, ac does not work phone does not work toilet did not work! Went to front desk asked for a room change they lied about not having an empty room n when I really got upset at 140am I was finally given a room. The next day they moved us from that room to our swim up in room 3010. I was so tired driving to negril all this took too long for the room exchange to be done. I was planning on getting married at Royalton negril but now that has changed from that one bad experience and how it was handled I didn't like it!

DislikedThe handling of the room change after I complained about the awful state of the room I was given after the manager wanted me to stay in a room filled with mosquitoes no ac the toilet doesn't work just awful. When asked for a change of towels it took forever this trip wasn't good the first one was way better!
