LikedThe staff was very friendly and helpful. Best experience I've had with staff was at this hotel. Very good security, too.

DislikedBeing on Bourbon street, it did get a bit noisy. Room fridge was very small and amenities such as coffee pods and water was not replenished.

DislikedI wish the room was more up to date and bathrooms need a big remodel done I had to go by some shower slides before getting in the shower

DislikedService was poor. We did not get clean towels or coffee supplies and had to ask for it every day. Also people were wandering into the hotel off the street all night. Security checked people only one night. Safe did not work.

LikedThe hotel was in a great area and considering the proximity on Bourbon street was quiet. The pool area was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful

DislikedThe room we were first assigned was very small and dark and looked out on a wall and was really claustrophobic . We upgraded to a slightly bigger room that led onto the pool area, which was better, but still quite small for 3 adults.. We found the hotel to be a bit tired and dated. The bathroom was small and the shower was a bit temperamental.We did not have our coffee and toiletries replaced daily
