Great location and the room was alright. Overall the staff was rude and dismissive. Overpriced room for the lack of customer service and other amenities. We were greatly disappointed

LikedHotel is in very good location. Easy to travel with taxi and with metro. Hotel staff was excellent. Room service was excellent. Hotel is very clean.
DislikedBreakfast was a small disappointment. Only white wheat bread. Lobby area's bar was also a small disappointment, because the bar tender didn't allow anybody to sit there. More sitting areas in the lobby, please.
