LikedRoom and view were great, proximity to the SkyTrain was great for an overnight between flights

Dislikedpublic Elevator had broken, so it was a small inconvenience to take the stairs or bother the bellman to take us up the employee elevator

This resort hotel does not have many choices for eating and entertainment. Room was clean and quiet. I was asked to pay the extra resort fee $71 for 3 nights stay when I checked out although I did not use the swimming pool and gym. Staff was not quite friendly when I asked about the resort fees that I did not expect to pay. Convenient location to the airport is the only selling point.

DislikedToilet plugged - phoned front desk 5.50 pm - nobody answered - tried over and over, nobody answered - called maintenance no answer - went around the building myself and found a guy who was actually very helpful and fixed it. Disappointing. Also was there for loud building alarm 1am-ish. I am sure that doesn’t happen often.
