LikedLocation was good but DON’T STAY HERE. Really bad vibes from as soon as we checked in
DislikedWasn’t clean, stain on my bed when I just wanted to sleep. Hairs in the bath. Dust on the floors. Could tell hadn’t been cleaned. Staff rude on reception and trying to make me pay without seeing the numbers on the card machine!

Got a great deal through Agoda. Our room 555 was on same floor as one of the pools and the rooftop bar. Excellent breakfast buffet with fab Vietnamese coffee. Walking distance to many attractions. Hotel reception didn't tell us mini bar items were free. There wasn't a tour desk with tourist information.

LikedThe staffs were friendly and helpful. There were various equipment in the gym, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The rooftop bar, complete with live performances, offered an unforgettable night. Although the food was somewhat pricey, the ambiance, accompanied by light breezes and music, made it well worth the cost. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with smoothly functioning AC and toilets. Situated within walking distance of numerous attractions, the location was ideal. I will definitely stay here if I get a chance to visit HCMC again.
DislikedThe upstairs hallway tended to be a bit warm. While the breakfast buffet selection was somewhat limited for a five-star hotel, the food was still delicious. Guests could opt for pho or create their own Bánh mì sandwiches.
