Spectacular Views in Bayfront Coconut Grove

LikedIt was in a grreat location in Coconut Gtove and really did have a spectacular view of the bay. Room was a nice size and comfortable for the three of us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

DislikedLittle coffee packets by the coffee machine would be nice. 😊 Ice bucket could be bigger too

LikedEverything was very good, the cleanliness, the location, the staff, very comfortable, without a doubt, highly recommended.

LikedThe view was amazing, ease of being in the heart of coconut grove with coffee and excellent food in walking distance, the kitchenette in the room was perfect.

DislikedThe WiFi didn’t work consistently, and we couldn’t figure out the tv to watch a movie at night. It would be helpful to have instructions.

LikedFantastic view and location, very close (walking distance) to plenty of nice restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Good swimming pool, with nice temperature and view to the bay, well served with towels, water and plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

DislikedHad a problem with the check-in that took a while to solve - another group had already been allocated to our room. Fortunately when the owner was contacted the situation was sorted and a refund for the night was issued, but the management company that dealt with us before reaching the company was not helpful at all. The queues to the elevators can be a pain.
