LikedLobby was clean and staff friendly.
DislikedRoom was run down and didn't feel clean. One hair in sink. I didn't feel comfortable touching remote.

LikedStaff was great, food was delicious and rooms were very clean. Great location to airport.
DislikedMattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedding was not 4 star quality in the least.There was a fan in the bathroom but it didn't turn on, so bath was steamy and humid. It took hours for the ac to get to desired cool temp.

LikedRoom was comfortable
DislikedTV didn't work, probably had to pay extra for it, no ice machine on my floor when ask they had no idea where It was. Also worst had to pay for parking my car.

LikedSuper friendly staff. We had our flight cancelled from Orlando airport in the middle of the night and they got us checked in, brought us food after kitchen closing hours, and generally made us feel really welcomed.
DislikedThe water was off for maintenance - nothing to be done but still annoying!
