LikedThe welcome we received from staff was amazing, so polite and smiley upon arrival, we were very pleased.

DislikedWe were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the standard rooms, even when we complained about it, we were sent house keeping to clean what we had asked and it still hadn’t been cleaned efficiently. Some TLC is definitely needed. Breakfast wasn’t good, pastries were stale and limited options meaning we went out for breakfast on both our days we stayed there.

LikedThe rooms are clean and a very good size. The pool area is great and the pool bar staff are very attentive. The breakfast is fairly standard but the restaurant meals are very good.

DislikedThe check-in process was slow and painful. They charged a card for the booking in advance (which was good) but then needed the same card again (which I was not carrying). They then reversed the original charge (which I am still waiting on) and charged the card I had. The card machine was often down and they do not inspire any confidence.

LikedThe property was very good most importantly the staff members made a real difference, My apologies that I couldn't remember all the names of Valency who led his team, Ajay and Sandeep throughout breakfast lunch and dinner valency and his team looked after my 16-month-old, very thoughtful. Prashant the Housekeeping manager was a terrific very polite and helpful gentleman. Prashant your team is great and works clockwise which is great. The Front Office team was again very helpful and Manager Varun who led his team of Dina who was in the lobby was very helpful Geeta at reception and all the night team at reception was very helpful again
