LikedConcierge was great. He held our bags after check out while we did some sightseeing. Received a courtesy room upgrade. Room was extremely clean. We've stayed multiple times and enjoy each stay.

LikedI like the location and the rooms seem nice. close to chicago river and walking around seening all the stuff around there. even used the pool and hot tub seem good.
Dislikedparking was kind of Pain but I only flew into Chicago not used to driving there. bar service was a little bad the beer was flat and the bartenders little busy talking to each other. the room windows where a little diry by the windows and top of the bed frames.

LikedI chose it because I am big fan of its architect. So I like the overall style of the hotel. I also like the bar/restaurant.
DislikedStaff were not very friendly. The TV kept flickering on and off, no ice machines worked in the hotel (I traveled to several floors to find one that worked) and the staff did not seem to care. They just sent me to the bar in the hotel to get ice.
