LikedVery handy to Canal, Royal and Bourbon. Interesting room configurations. Enjoyed the free walking group tour and the Fat Tuesday drinks and pickies.

DislikedThe only reason I have left a negative review is because we were told we would have to pay a late departure fee of $50 for the first hour and $100 per hour after that after being told we would have to change rooms after the first night. We had to be out by 10am and would have access to the new room after 4pm. No attempt was made to accommodate us by offering either a later departure or earlier access. The attitude of one staff member in particular was unacceptable.
