LikedThe accommodation is very nice and is located close to the above-ground Spaklerweg metro station. We have received an upgraded room, with a cool bath area, a comfy bed and a wonderful view. The personnel was friendly and polite. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with varied options.

DislikedThere was a lot of noise up until 1 AM, I couldn’t sleep due to this. The room was not cleaned during any days of our stay, the room service cleaner didn’t even speak English when I talked to her. There were no slippers in the room, only available for purchase. The facilities were not very well designed since the faucet was near the beds.

LikedThe cleanliness was very good. And the location was also very good to the metro. The bed was comfy and warm and the setting was also very good.

DislikedThat you can see straight into the shower as a simple solution would have been to make the frosted glass in front of where the luggage was kept to slide across while someone was showering. Other than that the room was perfect and clean and comfortable we would stay here again as the location was great also near the metro.
