LikedThe waiting line in the reception is horrible also they have X-Press kiosk but these not effective unless someone their guide the people, and from my experience, I didn’t see the guy until mid shift of the day

DislikedIt took me two hours to check in process and I’m just coming from a flight. This is a horrible and need to be fixed immediately.

LikedThe location is great being center of strip, we’ve stayed there before and really liked it. It’s got a really good vibe.

DislikedThe check in for non Americans citizens can be quite slow as everyone checks in is at 16:00 and you can’t use the express check in systems unless your American. The first night we stayed there we had paid for a suite as we were out in Vegas to get married and there were a few problems with our room one of which was a noise from the air conditioning that kept me awake all night.

LikedI love that the property faced the Vegas strip and that we were in the 69 floor to see everything

DislikedI did not like the fact that the property was under construction. I know when it is complete it will look nice but I was not pleased with the construction outside one side of my window

DislikedIn booking.com it was written free wifi. We were 4 people but they allowed only 2 devices. Our swipe key was not working when we came back after night walk and it took 45 minutes to get it sorted
