LikedLocation was pretty good. A short walk to City Hall/Toronto sign and the Center(Mall)
DislikedThe hotel hall ways were dark, no parking, public parking available across the street . Cost was $20 a day. So make sure to check the lack of amenities before booking. One day was fine, but for longer stay I would not recommend here.

Hotel was in a good position, staff on reception and in the bar were really nice. Unfortunately the toilet was dirty and there were hairs in the sink in the bathroom. And some sort of deposit or charge is still pending on my credit card even though we checked out on Friday .

LikedOnly had breakfast once in hotel and it was fine . Staff were all friendly and helpful .
DislikedThe TV S were not good - picture was a bit distorted . Small thing since we watched very little . The suite had a fridge and stove top but no plates , cutlery etc. Again , we did not eat in but I think you have to ask for everything .

DislikedWhen there was no more body soap they said to take a shower in the morning when they can deliver it to me. Room was very clean but I tipped the person before they cleaned my room to ensure it gets cleaned properly.
