LikedRoom was really nice and comfortable, location was good too

DislikedVery simple, multiple days no tea or coffee in the hotel, the staff said for 7 days they have been out of tea. Hotel is on top of a supermarket, customer centricity would be to go and get some tea from the supermarket. I spoke with the staff and they said..no tea or coffee that is just how it is…what I proposed a solution to go to the supermarket beneath to the hotel they shrugged their shoulders and said it is just how it is at the hotel. Not great.

LikedLocation is why we keep coming back. Overall it's nice.

DislikedThere was mold in the shower and the extreme smell of mold coming from the bathroom sink. My husband almost threw up the smell of mold was so bad. Sink needs bleach!

LikedI love the size of the room and bathroom - the view in our room was great! Space needle, park and mountains. The staff are all very helpful and friendly

Dislikedparking is too expensive - I don't mind tipping the valet/parking attendant but over $65 for less than 24 hours is too much
