LikedI love the ambiance you get from the beautifully old building. You feel like you've walked into a time capsule of the 50s.

DislikedHow hard it was to pull in and find parking. Granted this is not the Hotels fault. The streets are all one ways so be mindful of surroundings.

DislikedBad water pressure in the shower, many rooms are still carpet floor for a five star hotel, Hotel does not have any sauna or steam or spa amenities although it has a massive pool.

LikedThe concierge were very helpful in planning out the places I wanted to visit. While the parking was expensive (although it is San Francisco), the car was easily accessible and always available when I needed it. The staff were great!
