Location is super, many shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities were exceptional including the amenities and housekeeping service. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not so diverse, need to be improved. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Saigon Palace Hotel, drawn in by its promising location. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite its convenient positioning, the hotel's age and noticeable odor left much to be desired. Upon entering the lobby, I couldn't help but notice the dated decor and musty smell that lingered throughout the building. While the staff was courteous, their efforts couldn't mask the hotel's evident need for renovation. My room, though spacious, echoed the same outdated aesthetic and unpleasant odor. The furnishings appeared worn, and the bathroom felt unclean. Despite attempts to mask the smell with air fresheners, it persisted, making for an uncomfortable stay. On a positive note, the hotel's location was indeed convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, this alone does not compensate for the overall lackluster experience. In conclusion, while the Saigon Palace Hotel may boast a prime location, its outdated facilities and unpleasant odor detract significantly from the guest experience. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.
