I had a problem with the booking and they took care of everything, including booking to another 4-5* hotel, paying for the uber and upgrading my room for the rest of my stay.

This hotel is incredible! The staff were so accommodating and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the Eaton Centre and only a 10 minute drive to Billy Bishop. The cafe on the main floor was delicious and would totally recommend! Can’t wait to return to this hotel and book with Agoda since the price was significantly better than any other site.

LikedLocation - steps from Eaton Center downtown, and right across the street from a subway station. Very friendly staff! Had luggage storage, and was able to check in a little earlier at 1pm. Mini fridge kept things cold!

DislikedInterior of room a bit older as we stayed in the older building and not the tower. Had a washing machine in the unit, but it had a funky smell, so we didn’t use it. All very minuscule issues. Would definitely stay here again!
