LikedThe beach was absolutely beautiful. The restaurants were great and coffee shop was open 24-7.

DislikedVery minimal hot water. Like warm shower at best. Watered down liquor but I think that's pretty common for Mexico in general.

LikedTHE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT VIEWS. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND THE PROPERTY IS GREAT!

DislikedTHE VERY LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 10 OR 10:30 AT NIGHT IS DISTURBING. I REALIZE THEY HAVE WEDDINGS THERE BUT THERE ARE MANY GUEST WITH FAMILIES THAT NEED SLEEP.

LikedGreat staff and service. Above average food in the buffet and 1 restaurant. Pools were great. Location is great, within walking distance of a large grocery store for snacks.

DislikedRoom (in fact entire floor) smelled of oil base paint. They were renovating 2-3 rooms in our area. The room (a swim out suite) had no couch (strangely showed up with no cushions on day 6 of 7). Only had a wicker table that we dragged in from the pool area. Castaways restaurant was not good, kids (3 & 5) food arrived quickly (yay) but adult food arrived about 40 minutes after that. Kids were bouncing around by that time. And then the adult food was not very good (dried out Risotto). Restaurant were closed without any signage. Castaways, closed Thursdays and Capers on Mondays. Used the buffet a lot.

DislikedUpselling everything and seriously how much did I pay a night to be hit immediately with timeshare sales. NO. And the folks in the beach every 5 minutes! The food was mediocre and the drinks were watered down
