DislikedPoor service. Room we booked was not as described. It was booked as a room with hot tub and private pool, and it had neither. There was not even a bath, we had to argue and beg with the staff to swap us to a room with a bath for the 2nd night. There were no spoons or mugs for the coffee in the room, only cheap paper cups. The breakfast was bland with little variety. Very disappointing overall

LikedEasy access to Trams, bit of a walk to access metro. Good food options available. One of the best pasta I had during my entire trip was just 5 min walk from the hotel. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Offers luggage storage so that we can leave the luggages and explore the city even after check-out. The breakfast provided was ok for 15 Euro per person.

DislikedRoom was too small for a family of 4. With the luggages, it was difficult to move around. Not much facilities for the kids. Swimming pool was closed as apparently they are open only during summer

LikedParking for free if there’s a space. Ample parking on the street and paid parking if you want to feel more secure for €18 p/d

DislikedIt was too hot and they refused to open the A/C saying that the A/C only operate in summer, I was sweating the whole night.
