DislikedOverhead shoer of room no 1615 was not working We reported the matter to one lady @reception named OBI.

LikedI had lost a suitcase at the Suvarnabhumi Airport when I arrived in Bangkok and the concierge, Bruno?, was exceptionally helpful in calling the airport and finding the suitcase. There were some valuable items in the suitcase and I was most grateful that it could be retrieved. In general, all the members of the hotel staff were most helpful and friendly.

LikedClean, modern hotel with an excellent and comfortable room in a very good location (close to main roads and train)

DislikedAt the site breakfast was up to 12 but it closed at 10:30. Since i forgot what the receptionist told me i got the wrong advice from the site. Not very important but this was the only negative i found in the hotel

LikedStaff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a cool rooftop bar at the hotel that has some decent cocktails. The hotel is walking distance from the BTS.

DislikedRoom could have been cleaner - there was some discarded packaging and an empty water-bottle left underneath the bed from presumably the last tenant. The water in the shower did not maintain a consistent temperature and had to be adjusted fairly often.
