LikedThe clean room and quiet

DislikedThat the ice machine was broke on the floor I was on which was the 6fl. As well didn't have a bath tub I requested for the room.

LikedI loved that there were restaurants near by, and delicious may I add. Walking in the hotel we were greeted with smiles, and asked a question, they really cared about my response. Definitely will come back in the near future.

LikedThe staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. Hotel is very nice and location is optimal.

DislikedThe fan and air conditioning in the room did not work. Maintenance came around made adjustment. However, it shut down at 11:30 pm and we were told open window. It was 39 degrees outside and on 15th floor not very good solution. Also told it was old building nothing they could do. Note I booked this hotel for night to get restful night and to be closer to start of New York Half Marathon. Due to hot temperature in room not a good night rest before running the half marathon.

DislikedThere was no fridge in the room, only a cooler but this didn't seem to be working
